- • Manage, supervise and co-ordinate production personnel in order to achieve production target, quality, material yield, cost goals and continuous improvement plan.
• Daily supervision of line operation, ensure manpower optimization and minimize material wastage.
• Reviews production schedule, product specification and etc.
• Ensure consistency in good 5S practices in production floor.
• Ensure quality improvement action and operations systems are fully implemented effectively.
• Plans work assignments for group on basis of priority and worker skills.
• Report to Production Manager - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Professional Certificate in any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of supervision experience in Manufacturing Environment.
• Preferably Senior Executives who have good communication skill and strong leadership.
• A leader and a team player with results-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Good organizer, meticulous and multi-tasking.
• Proactive attitude and constantly strive to improve work efficiency.
• Able to communicate well in English and computer literate.
• Willing to work in 2 rotate shifts. - Lowest Qualification :
