Description :: • Able to lead a team of QA Inspectors to perform routine job efficiently.
• Resources planning in accordance to production schedule.
• Work closely with Manufacturing in rectifying issues related to product quality and escalate the chronic issue to the attention of QA Engineer or QA Manager.
• Conduct Quality Assurance daily morning meeting and high-light the area for attention and follow up.
• Responsible for the update and follow up on the Non-conformance/Corrective Action (NCA) for effective closures.
• To communicate to QA inspectors on the Engineering Concession (EC) / Permanent Change (CP) / Material Review Board (MRB) and follow through until Implementation.
• Training of Inspectors in the product judgment during outgoing sampling.
• Preparation of COC/COA and weekly report (Quality Performance).
• Able to read control chart.
• Update the Quality Management System procedure, Work Instructions (WI), Process Management Plan (PMP) and forms.
• To carry out task assigned by QA Engineer/Manager from time to time.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Required skill(s): Able to operate measuring equipment (eg.Caliper, Height Gauge etc), MS Word.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
Lowest Qualification :: STPM / A Level / College Foundation
