Description :: - Achieve high level of customer satisfaction through excellent in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
- Manage daily warehouse operation activities such as receiving goods, inspection of stock receiving, storage, pick & pack, delivery and follow up for pending orders.
- To conduct monthly, half yearly and yearly stock take and to minimize the discrepancy in inventories.
- Enhance and continuously improve the workflow of warehouse process and instruction.
- To custodian the Company assets and ensure the safety of warehouse.
- Plans the utilization of warehouse space and ensure cleanliness of warehouse.
- Ensure staff discipline and attendance are well maintained.
- Able to communicate and coordinate between various departments to meet timely delivery of goods.
- Performs any ad hoc assignment as required by immediate superior
Requirements :: - Possess a Diploma in Logistics/Inventory Management or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) years of working experience in warehousing/distribution.
- Must be honest, team player, hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Effective supervisory skills and techniques.
- Proven experience of having led a team of store personnel.
- Strong analytical, planning and time management skills.
