- - Carry out Microtome & valve welding break test in monthly basis.
- Ensure all equipment use for quality check are proper control and calibrate prior its expiry date.
- Ensure proper identification, filling and retention of department quality test report (QTR).
- Practice and maintain excellence 5’s at both QA test room & QA Lab.
- Monitor cleaner (contractor) daily job. Ensure high cleanliness level at production floor / warehouse.
- Participate in safety & health activities (fire fighting, first aid & etc).
- Participate in 5’s activities
- Provide training to production workers as per global working procedure and standard.
- Carry out any assignment instructed by SHEQ Manager.
- Requirements :
- - minimum qualification in any field with equivalent working experiences
