Description :: • Lead/Oversee Quality Control activities
• Oversee team member’s overall job abilities or persistent tardiness

• Oversee new product development
• Develops timely project schedules for new come up with a reasonable time for each project as thy develop
• To work with other project heads to ensure that every part of the product line being manufactured stays on schedule
• Ensure good QM practice form SOP to Approval and release
• This revolves reviewing the order parts specifications on each items shipped and receiving of the correct product
Requirements :: • 5 years practical experience in quality management in high speed manufacturing environment
• Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• Able to build team and motivates people to high level of commitment & excellence
• Certified in or solid experience with TS16949 and/ or QS certification process
• Chinese speaking candidate preferable because to liaise with China customers
