Description :: - To ensure all machinery functioning in good condition before start the daily operation.
- Make sure preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery are fulfilled and maintained.
- Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
- Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure that equipment and machinery are maintained in good and safe working condition.
- Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repair.
- Assist in new line layout transfer and setup and involve in Kaizen improvement project.
- Perform maintenance of electrical system (replace lights bulbs or socket, ballast, lamp, etc), facility or manual repair when necessary.
- Assist in stock card of machineries/ equipment’s spare parts & scrap parts.
Requirements :: - Prefer candidate possess Technical certificate in any related field or SPM qualification..
- 1-2 years relevant repairing skills preferably in manufacturing industry
- Ability to run/ operate machines
- Understand Production planning, downtime records and daily production specifications, output and reject records, production planning, downtime records and daily production reports.
- Ability to study, analyse and troubleshoot reasons for rejects.
- Ability to assist supervisor or line leader in line controlling.
- Ability to do frequent checking and maintenance of machineries
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
