- - Oversees and directs production operations for a confectionary manufacturing company
- Lead production operations, coordinate production staff and equipment
- Ensure quality and profitability of products
- Ensure the best and most efficient utilisation of available resources to meet production goals
- To monitor production performance and provide report to Production Manager
- Plan production schedule, set budget, assign job duties, determine equipment and supplies required
- Train the workforce and monitor progress to ensure performance and safety requirements are met
- Monitor the progress of production, charting scheduled completion within budget
- Meet regularly with production teams to analyze any problems and ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products
- Develop new and cost effective ways to improve quality and productivity, providing additional training or adopting better manufacturing processes - Requirements :
- - Candidate who possesses at least a SPM or in related field is preferred confectionary manufacturing
- At least 2 - 3 years related working experience
- Ability to plan, establish priorities, demonstrate flexibility and an ability to multitask
- Think creatively to solve problems, and provide leadership to inspire those around them for positive outcomes
- Experience in directing and supervising production personnel
- Possess technical knowledge and be adapt at all phases of the manufacturing processes
- Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement
- Ability to understand cost containment, possess adequate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work a flexible schedule - Lowest Qualification :
- SPM / O Level
