Standard Procedures - Production
- Ensure operators are following the procedures for operation of the machines
- Ensure operators are well trainned on the prrocedures
- Ensure all tools are available and in good condition for the operation
- Ensure machines and auxiliary equipment are in good condition for the operators
- Ensure proper movement on WIP and SFG
Standard Procedures - Consumables
- Ensure the consumables are available for the operators
- To report the zinc consumption on the shift - follow the zinc procedure flow
- To report the die consumpton on the shift
- To report the soap consumtion on the shift
Standard Procecdures - Reject
- Ensure operators are following the rejection flow procedure
- Follow the rejection flow procedure
Standard Procedures - Scrap
- Ensure operators are following the scrap flow procedure
Machine Downtime
- Ensure machines in operation according the standard
- Call maintenance in case of machine breakdown (follow the standard)
- Follow up the status of the machine downtime
- Ensure the downtime report is proper filed up by the operators
Quality
- To perform quality inspection on the process and products according check list
- To make corrective action necessary - following the starndards
Highlight quality issue to Superior
People
- To manage the absenteeism on the shift
- Do daily update to Superior and HR the absent operators
- Ensure the operaors are following the procedures
- Ensure the operators are well trainned on the procedures
- Ensure the opeators are on the machines on time
- Ensure the operators are using the proper PPI's
- To take necessary diciplinary action when is necessary
Shift Change Over
- To report on the production log book at end of the shift
- To met with the next supervisor shift - follown the change over agenda
- Ensure operator are in time on the machines
Stop Production
- To stop production line upon non-conformance of process parameter or product quality and highlight the issue to Superior
- To stop production line upon risk of accident and highlight the issue to Superior
Others
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time by superio - Requirements :
- - SPM with minimum 3 years relevant experience or Diploma or degree with minimum 2 years experience in production field
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skill
- Knowledge of all the standards of the production.
- Knowledge of Drawing and Galvanizing Process;
- Knowledge of Welding Joint Process - Lowest Qualification :

We purchase approximately 3 million tons of wire rod per year as our basic material. Depending on our customers’ needs, we draw wire from it in different diameters and strengths, even as thin as ultrafine fibers of one micron. We group the wires into cords, ropes and strands, weave or knit them into fabric, or process them into an end product. Depending on the application, we apply coatings which reduce friction, improve corrosion resistance, or enhance adhesion with other materials.
