Description :: - Lead and control production teams in order to meet quality target and delivery requirements
- Improve efficiency in production process by optimize the utilization of resources, manpower, machine, materials and space to achieve cost, target and meet delivery schedule
- Involved and work closely with production and quality to lead any technical and quality issues
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes flow and develop WI, FMECA and BOM in accordance to Company requirements and to meet customer product quality and promote continuous improvement culture within the factory and customer representative
- Set guidelines on FAI’s for outsourcing parts to cater production demands
- Responsible for Safety, Health and Environment and work hand-to-hand with Plant Operation Manager
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Process /Material or related fields
- 2-3 years working experience solidly in manufacturing operation and familiar with welding, bending, laser cut and CNC machining/programming
- Good presentation and leadership with problem solving, statistical process control skills
- Knowledge in CAD/CAM , 3D modeling or Solidwork software will be added advantage.
- Good in both communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
