- - Develop and maintain quality control practices and procedures for the manufacturing process.
- Implementation of assurance program to ensure product quality meets the customer’s standard.
- Responsible to follow, implementation and maintain the ISO, QMS & EMS.
- Verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken.
- Perform analysis of data on process and product quality at required frequency.
- Maintain Final Inspection Record, perform quality data analysis and reporting.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing inspection of products and materials to ensure quality compliance.
- To assist operation teams in ensuring all work carried out are in accordance with quality specification.
- Liaise with supplier / subcontractor on the parts quality issue, and follow up to close supplier/subcontractor.
- To follow up closely with production planner on the parts delivery status
- To ensure good 5S keeping and discipline within the section. - Requirements :
- - At least 1 year of working experience in QA or QC.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal Skill and communication skill
- Independent and self-motivated with minimum supervision
- Required skill (s) MS Excel, AutoCad.
- Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and English.
- Willing to work at Bukit Serdang - Lowest Qualification :
