Description :: - To recommend adjustment to process, perform test and inspection or measure materials, or products
- Produce report regarding non-conformance product or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses or quality trend
- Develop/Train QA/QC associates
- Review and approve QA/QC documents to ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency on materials or final products that produced.
- Create and improve processes and products
- Monitor and observe operations to ensure that they meet the production standards
- Continuously on research and development on different kinds of paints and coating product
- Formulation chemist to spend most of the time at laboratory/production
- To perform the analytical work on the new formulation
- Complete testing, their results get reported to CEO and R&D team members.
Requirements :: - At least 5 years experiences in the related field of paint chemical industry
- Degree/Master in chemistry
- Preferably possess at least 2-3 years experiences in the quality control/assurance filed
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
