Description :: - To control all aspect of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/systems
- To prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company’s Document Management System
- To ensure proper document control support is given to each project
- To produce and maintain Document Progress Reports to Project Managers
- To ensure all documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements.
- Formatting may include correcting templates, fonts and style, pagination and numbering and other activities that may be required to achieve a client’s documentation requirements
- To create Document Control and correspondence folders for individual projects
- To ensure all templates used with the department conform to the Company standard and procedure
- Ad hoc duties as required to assist the project team
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): good communication and interpersonal skills with every level of people, detailoriented, dependable and trustworthy, good in data retrieving, good report writing
- Excellent in Document and Record organization..
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
