- -Review Customer drawing / specification, manufacturing instruction, results and others associated production/ development planning for determining and
establishing required quality requirement and measurement system capability.
-Able to understand First Article process & reports.
-Process capability Study (Cp/Cpk)
-Work closely with Methodology Team about new Fixture & jigs design.
-Record keeping of relevant data. Completing daily Calibration Schedule and maintaining Calibration
-Reporting on calibration & measurement studies both internally and externally.
-Training users of the equipment on proper handling and operating techniques.
-Verify & ensure process documentation compliance; Work Instruction, Quality Inspection Plan, Injection Data Sheet & Inspection Records.
-Perform Internal Quality Audits (IQA)
-Prepare for Shipment report (COC) to customer.
-Prepare All Documentations About new inspection Plan,Drawing and FA report tally before Mould Release.
-Ensure storage room for First Submittion record data and daily sample part with 5 Star Housekeeping and 5S.
-Willing Over time especially when during Audit Schdule Customer plans.
- Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
