- -Managing the day-to-day accounting and administrative operations of the office.
-Managing general affairs and secretarial support to Management.
-Handle full sets of accounts and responsible of monthly accounts closing.
-Prepare Monthly Management Accounts
-Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
-Prepare monthly GST Tax return and maintaining GST records.
-Maintain cash flow and monthly Bank Reconciliation.
-Fully responsible for annual Audit and Tax Submission
-Manage Petty Cash, Payroll, Staff Claims, Benefit Entitlement, Allowance and Sales Commission
-Manage Fixed Asset
-Prepare monthly Management Report
-Maintain a proper record of finance and accounting reports
-Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the company.
- Requirements :
- -Possess a Recognized University Degree in Finance or related field.
-Preferably with at least 5 year’s experience, however fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
-Familiar with UBS / AutoCount software is added advantage.
-MUST be well verse in Microsoft Office.
-Resourceful, trustworthy and must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
-Hands on, team player, passionate and enthusiastic.
-Sound work ethics and Good analytical skills.
-Good written and command skills in English
-Able to read and write in Chinese Language will be an added advantage.
-A well-organized individual who can work under pressure with good business sense and judgment.
