-Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar and schedules.
-Make local and overseas travel arrangements for the Director.
Assist the Director in timely management of all communications (written, telephone, e-mail, voice mail, minutes of the meeting).
-Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing presentation materials and ensuring that the Director is well geared up for meetings.
-Perform general administrative and secretarial duties as assigned.
-Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
-Undertake all business research and information gathering for the Director.
-Assist in prepare and manage corporate documents for the submission of Request for Proposal (RFP) and record keeping.
-Prepare and update on weekly project status report.
-Support and assist the project team on presentations and reports.
-Renewal of Directors membership and license and make necessary arrangement for the seminar, event or programme.
-To liaise effectively with internal divisions/departments and external organisations on behalf of the Director to ensure that all deadline and commitments are followed
through and applied with.
-Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
-Any others tasks as assigned by the Director.
 
Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Be an Approachable team player, have execeptional organisational and time-management skills, plan ahead, trouble-shoot, Be an authoritative
team leader & motivator, have tact and diplomacy skills, prioritise tasks
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
