-Optimization of manpower resources to achieve set quality and quantity targets
-Ensuring products are made according to specifications, targets and schedule
-Smooth running of day-to-day operations and activities in meeting customer's requirements
-Develop and carry out process improvement strategy across Production Department
-Establishment and maintenance of ISO procedure
-Prepare routine operational report and document update
-Analyze operational data for continues improvement initiative and process cost reduction exercise
Requirements :: -Min SPM or above
-Min 2-3 years related working experience
-Computer literate
-Conversation in English & Chinese (written & verbal)
-Good report writing skills & analytical mind
-Preferably with Autocad basic knowledge
