- -Responsible for product yield improvement. Drive concurrent engineering activities to ensure product changes and release requirements align with manufacturing
requirement.
-Continuously work with customer to improve product quality, cycle time , productivity and cost. Provide technical support for New Product transition/transfer.
-Utilize analytical and problem solving skills, Six Sigma methodology, data acquisition skills and use of statistical tools and techniques such as CP & CPK study for
identify critical parameter , analyze product gap and driven product improvement capability
-Well versed hands on experience in product builds, troubleshooting, maintenance and optimization of product process flow.
-Responsible for product failure analysis and problem solving involving product validation process and replicating product issue , technical troubleshooting,interpreting
technical information(both circuitry and diagram) to develop ease product analysis guideline for analyzer.
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree preferably in Engineering, Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering with 2nd Class Upper or
equivalent.
-Experience in RF Technology will be an advantage.
-Knowledge in Failure Analysis (perform RF circuit analysis, test/measure equipment O-scope/RF analyzer & etc) will be an advantage.
Knowledge in Statistical (DOE) and Lean Six Sigma Methodology will be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years working experience to be good for reference.
Knowledge in DFM with good understanding of product design guidelines will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
