- -Responsible for all warehouse operation and stock control.
-Manage stock movement and ensure inventory is properly maintained and kept at optimal level.
-Drive the planning process with the sales and production departments to ensure timely delivery.
-Prepare analysis on stock turnover, idle stocks, storage cost and etc.
-In charge of the receiving function in the warehouse.
-Accountable for the labelling quality.
-In charge of issuing goods function to various channels.
-Maintain the accuracy and quality of stocks in warehouse
-To pack Finish Goods (FG) in good manner according to work instruction by the Production Manager.
-Maintain good housekeeping (5s) in warehouse.
-Responsible to ensure release of approved materials for production.
-Responsible to ensure chemical packing compliance to regulation.
-Responsible to check and release of product identification to production.
-Responsible to establish and ensure warehouse operation follow identification, handling, packaging, storage and protection requirements.
-Responsible to coordinate and disposal of plant waste and chemical waste.
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Forklift, Warehouse Management
-Preferably Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
-Knowledge of SAP and Lotus Notes system will be added advantage.
-Familiar with shipping requirements.
-To monitor and maintain warehouse activities, stock control system and delivery system.
-To solve problem on stock discrepancies, storage & handling of materials.
-Able to work with and support Sales Administration, Production Department, Procurement Department, Sales & Marketing Department.
-Result oriented, strong leadership qualities, high level of commitment and integrity.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
