- -Fully take charge of OCE group of companies accounts.
-Finalised the OCE group of accounts.
-Arranging for audit.
-To ensure proper keeping of accounting and other records of -Accounts Department that assign to you in accordance to approved accounting standards.
-Preparation General Ledger, Trial Balance and submission of monthly Management Accounts (included Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet), Financial
-Statements and Cashflow Report.
-Ensure posting of daily entries and book keeping records are maintained and updated.
-Preparation monthly journal entries and relevant adjustments.
-Preparation of monthly Fixed Assets and Broadband Assets schedules including calculation of depreciation and amortization of assets.
-Monitoring of monthly Bank Reconciliation statements for all banks accounts.
-Preparation Accounts Receivables and trade debtors aging and other debtors schedules and ensure monthly statements are generated.
-Monitoring of monthly Accounts Payable, trade creditors aging and other creditors schedules.
-Checking monthly sales billing and review GST.
-Preparation of monthly inter-company statements and reconciliation of accounts.
-Ensure yearly audit and tax filing of company accounts are done in time.
-Liaison with auditors, company secretary and tax consultants to ensure accounting records are maintained in compliance to statutory requirement.
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional
Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
-At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
