- -Perform order processing, from sales orders to delivery instructions.
-Support customers on all enquiries which includes prepare quotation, shipment schedule and quality related matters.
-Follow up on sample product delivery (i.e. prototype)
-Coordinating with shipping/ production/ warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
-Develop excellent business relationship with customers through phone call, email and regular visit.
-Follow up outstanding payments and tooling cost.
-To monitor and compile customer’s demand forecast.
-To work closely with planning team on customer’s demand and shipment related matters.
-Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time. - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
-Required language(s): English
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
-Proficiency in MS Office specially Ms Excel.

In September 1993, two great minds met and founded the first flexcircuits company in Malaysia. Dr Mohan Narendan, a PhD graduate from the world-renowned
Massachusetts Institute of Technology and also a technology veteran in the flexcircuits industry, was introduced to Dato Hwang, a prominent and visionary entrepreneur in
Malaysia. Within months, this cutting edge technology was brought into Kulim, Malaysia.
Since its establishment in 1994 and the expansion to a larger plant in Penang in 2000, Qdos has emerged as a pioneer and fully integrated manufacturer of Flexible
Printed Circuits (FPC) in Malaysia. Equipped with highly automated state-of-the-art facilities and leading edge technologies, the company provides a full range of support
and services from circuit design, proto-type fabrication and mass production up to flex assembly.
As a premier world-class flexible PCB manufacturer, QDOS has achieved its Quality-Standards from ISO 9001:2000 & TS-16949 (both registered Quality Management
Systems) and ISO 14001:2004. We also obtained recognition from customers for the UL (Underwriters Laboratories) Certifications, Sony Green Partnership, Canon Green
