Description :: -To overall responsible for Quality function of the Organization (For Automotive & Non Automotive product)
-Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications
-To plan, co-ordinate and monitor the QC activities to achieve according to Customer Specified product Quality and ensure that these requirement are met
-To recommend, enforce and Improve Quality Control Plan
-To ensure department target are achieved on continuous improvement
-Ensure the QA quality system procedures are implement effectively within the section
-Performance training needs analysis for subordinates under his direct control, ensure continuous training and education
-Ensure that incoming, in process and outgoing inspection and testing are properly monitoring
-Responsible to Initiate and Evaluate 5M changes
-Monitoring new part testing to ensure the condition under production requirement to reduce the problem occuring during mass production.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional
Degree, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
-At least 10 year(s) of working experience of manufacturing quality assurance experience (Automotive Industry), to include a minimum of 5 years in a lead role or
management position.
-Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/ exit
criretia.
-Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills a must
-Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner
-Must have a desire for achieving excellent in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.
-Knowledge on ISO/TS 16949:2009
-Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is an advantange.
