Description :: • Responsible for work schedule, manpower planning and on the job training for the downline personnel.
• Maintain discipline and cleanliness at production area as according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Check or update relevant production documents and records.
• Ensure the production run smoothly according to procedures and rules stated by Management.
• Ensure that all Dipline operating parameters are followed strictly and within specification.
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective action when necessary, such as assessing the dip line operating parameters or rework.
• Implement and follow up any preventive action as planned.
• Ensure a healthy and clean working environment.
• Ensure Line Leader and Line Technician performing housekeeping at production floor.
• Ensure confidentiality of all Company’s documentation and activities,
• Perform any other related duties or lawful and reasonable order that may be given by the management from time to time in a manner satisfactory to management and to the company in general.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/ Pre-U, Diploma, in related field.
• Required skill(s): Supervision, Leadership, Technical Understanding, Teamwork & Job Knowledge
• Min 1 year working experience in related field.
• Must be able to comply with all safety rules and company safety and health policies
• Preferred MALE candidates
