Description :: QMS/EMS
- Management Representative for overall Management System (QMR/EMR)
- Liaise with external certification body for the audit activities
- To ensure internal audits are carried out effectively and corrective actions are promptly taken
- To report on the performance of QMS and EMS to the management for review and schedule the management reviews
QA
- To lead a team of QA Engineers and Asst. Manager in ensuring effective operation of the QA department
- To ensure vendor/process corrective actions/requests are properly monitored and closed
- To ensure incoming inspection activities are carried out accordingly and suppliers incoming quality issues; are monitored
- Ensure the calibration system is established and implemented
CUSTOMER
- To ensure customer corrective actions/requests are responded in timely manner as to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
PRODUCTION
- To co-ordinate the setting of Quality goals for the production process and to ensure that these goals are implemented and met
- Review all non-conformance materials/products through MRR system
- Other duties assigned from time to time by the Operation Director
FINISH GOOD STORE
- To check and approve RMA raised by CS for customer returned parts
- To provide disposition of the returned part under RMA
- Basic SPC knowledge on variation control (stability), process capability and over adjustment
- Basic knowledge on FMEA and control plan
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Able to speak mandarin is advantage
