- -Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
-Overseeing inspection and maintenance program.
-Able to show leadership to a team of technicians to meet company production targets and strategies.
-Coordinating with Maintenance team to ensure that all repairs works are completed on time.
-Updating all maintenance records and audit compliance documents.
-Upgrading, installation and maintenance of electrical machinery.
-Knowledge in PLC programming.
-To repair and troubleshoot production machines promptly when breakdown and ensure the machines failure and downtime are minimized.
-To perform scheduled preventive maintenance, set up, test run and trouble shooting on the assigned machines.
-To carry out other maintenance activities in the factory.
-To execute other duties as assigned by superior.
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess Certificate, Diploma in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 year of working experience in manufacturing is required for this position.
-Good Knowledge of machine structures and parts installation.
-Candidate who able to read and write in CHINESE.
-Candidate with Suruhanjaya Chargeman will be added advantage
-Willing to work in Alor Gajah Industrial Estate
-Initiative and able to work under minimum supervision
-Able to perform shift work and work overtime.
-Able to start work immediately
