- - Working closely with production team to review align with business strategies and business plan.
- Track, monitor and analyze cost spending (eg; price variance, overhead, etc) and work closely with operation to optimize the usage of expenses.
- Keep tracking major manufacturing KPI's - Eg. Production Efficiency, Utilization Rate, Output Analysis, etc.
- Continuously developing and modifying financial model for cost analysis to meet the business assumptions and activities.
- Supporting in cost efficiency initiatives at operational level and tracking of cost saving related to manufacturing.
- Prepare monthly reports for Operation Review.
- Develop, analyse cost impact and maintain standards costs and perform standards cost roll up.
- Update standard cost for new items or revise on existing items.
- Monitor Bill of Material (BOM) and liaise with production team and technical team.
- Oversee and monitoring cost control including preparation and presentation for management approval.
- Planning, monitoring and coordinationg the costing activities. - Requirements :
- - At least 5 years of total working experience in manufacturing indusry
- Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications such asa MICPA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA.
- Possess strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to converse in Chinese dialect. - Lowest Qualification :
