- Responsible for the planning and management of logistic and deliveries of goods, and inventory control of store so as to ensure smooth running of day-to-day
operation.
WAREHOUSE/ LOGISTIC
Responsible for the planning, organizing and controlling of the warehouse overall operations, inclusive of but not limited to the following duties:
1. Manages FGS movement through effective and efficient recording upon goods received from the Production into storage thru RFID into the SAP System,
efficient retrieval, rigorous security checks and timely deliveries to the right recipients and destinations.
2. Liaison with the sales team and transporters for deliveries purposes.
3. Conducts interval stock counts to ensure physical goods tally with the SAP at all times.
4. Ensures the warehouse environment is organized, safe and conducive at all times.
INVENTORY CONTRO STORE (ENGINEERING SPARE PARTS)
Responsible for the inventory control of engineering store inclusive of, but not limited to the followings duties:
1. Ensure the availability of stock as per the min/ max level;
2. Ensure the accuracy of all parts in stock at all time by conducting periodical stock take.
3. Generate stock reports as and when required
INVENTORY CONTROL STORE (RAW MATERIALS)
Responsible for the inventory control of raw material store inclusive of, but not limited to the followings duties:
1. Ensure the availability of stock as per the min/ max level;
2. Coordinate with Technical department on material requirements;
3. Coordinate with suppliers on delivery of raw materials;
4. Control the quality of Sundry Good (pallet and carton) upon receiving the goods; - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the Supply Chain Logistic environment.
- Proficient in SAP or equivalent.
- Demonstrate high level of INTEGRITY with strong LEADERSHIP & INTERPERSONAL skills.
- Willing to work in Senawang
