- - As person in-charge to handle the documentation of Document Control Center (DCC).
- Supporting the ISO Documentation records and maintain the quality records.
- Distribution of doc con related documents. Eg Procedure, WI, drawing to production and etc.
- Creating of ISO related procedure (if required) and monitoring the QMS continual improvement
- As person in-charge to control the Calibration’s activity.
- Create/Update the Calibration Master list, issue calibration recall notice, prepared PR and sending equipment for calibration.
- Monitor the equipment due date for TTSPG’s equipment.
- Feedback to related department if there is different for the drawing revision control during Doc-con.
- Help in QMS Doc Con activities.
- Monitoring the yearly calibration cost.
- Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Superior/Management. - Requirements :
- - SPM/Certificate/Diploma in related field
- Experience not necessary
- Computer literate in MS Office
