Description :: -Sell products and services to customers with a focus on targets for assigned industries.
-Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding and ensure a positive customer
experience.
-Prepare sales plans, perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
-Communicate details in accordance with Swichtec offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
-Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
-Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities when needed.
-Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential in designated sales territory
-Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
-Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
-Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts
-Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
-Analyse costs and sales
-Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
-Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
-Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Bachelor's Degree specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
