Description :: '- Report to Production Manager to ensure completion of projects and work orders efficiently.
- Perform minor electrical maintenance, including, but not limited to replacemenbt or repair of fixtures, i.e. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.
- Perform minor plumbing maintenance, i.e. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, adding new lines, etc.
- Perform minor painting, carpentry and masonry work, i.e. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and production equipment.
- Comply with safety rule and regulations.
Requirements :: '- Secondary, Certificate or Diploma in Building Maintenance or its equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year building maintenance experience in manufacturing industry.
- Able to converse in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
