Description :: -Checking, tracking and keeping records of employees attendance, overtime and leave application.
-To update employees' training history.
-Assist in handling matters related to foreign workers; renewal of the work permits, hostel and Fomema medical.
-Handle stationeries and maintenance of copier and other office equipments.
-Take care of meeting room and arrange meals/refreshments for visitors.
-Assist in company events and activities.
-Manage incoming/outgoing mails, courier services and despatch arrangements.
-Handle telephone calls, flight booking and hotel reservation.
-Liaise with canteen caterer on meals for employees.
-Provide any other clerical and administrative support to the superior when required.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
-To assist in handling foreign worker issue & etc
-Possess driving license B2, D
