- i. Observe& analyze operators’ job in order to aid prepare instructions/ training materials for an effective training system.
ii. study operation sequence& work flow in order to determine the optimum production standard.
iii. based on above job (i.), work closely with Engineers and Supervisors to prepare Assessment Papers for operators’ training certification. - Requirements :
