- -Generate invoice, prepare sales contract, proforma invoice and bank advice to customer
-Administer the sales order till delivery to customers after confirming the sales orders with the sales team
-Monitor the daily delivery from time to time to ensure all the sales order is generated.
-Liaise with supply chain team on the transportation to ensure on time delivery to customer.
-Work with the production team to fulfill the sales order and on time delivery.
-Support the sales team on providing the the product information (marketing materials).
-Update monthly, weekly or daily sales report required by Superiors.
-To perform other ad-hoc activities assigned by Superior.
- Requirements :
- -At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
-At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Posses own transport and good command in spoken Chinese.
