Description :: - Day-to-day supervisor of assembling mechanical and electrical components for standby power generators
- Work with Production Manager to meet daily production schedule and plan capacity appropriately
- Ensure product meets company quality expectations
- Works closely with management to improve production efficiency through better work flow and team effectiveness
- Ensure the accuracy of and adherence to bills of material going to the production floor
- Ensure material counts are accurate and maintain strict control over material usage, scrap and disposition.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement utilizing lean manufacturing methods
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements :: - 3-5 years of assembly line experience with proven supervisory and leadership skills
- Good working knowledge of power generators or electrical components
- Strong understanding of ISO standards
- Deep understanding of assembly methods, manufacturing processes and shop floor operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
