- - Oversee day to day production operations
- Manage production activities by ensuring that revenue targets are met and resolve all quality and productivity issues
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical report
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding performance
- Assists management for certain assignment or instruction given
- Manpower planning and lead a team of supervisors and workers
- Enforce safety work procedures and compliance to all safety matters
- Oversee all the plant ISO’s proper implementation of policies, procedures and works instructions
- Identify training needs for staff and subordinates
- Implement creative strategies to increase productivity and maintain product quality
- Liaising with other related department - Requirements :
- - At least minimum 10 Year(s) of working experience with the most recent 5 years spent in a plant/factory
- Experience in plastic film/ Foam Extrusion/ Industrial packaging environment highly recommeded
- Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Proven leadership capabilities and teamwork initiatives
- Self motivated and results driven
- Excellent problem solving abilities, strong communication and a spirit of resourcefulness
- Work 6 days a week - Lowest Qualification :
- SPM / O Level
