- - Develop, execute and maintain Quality Management Systems i.e. GMP, HACCP, HALAL and establish continuous improvement programs
- Perform process inspection to ensure all incoming raw materials to finished goods comply to established food safety and quality standards before release
- Review and update quality system policies, manuals, SOPs and work instructions
- Prepare and collate finished product specifications, COAs, MSDS, and all related technical documents as per legislative requirements
- Conduct internal quality audits on interval basis and liaise with external quality auditors, certification bodies and government regulators
- Manage customer complaints and NCRs, finding root cause, nature of rejects and recommend corrective and implement preventive actions within set time frame
- Act as management representative in quality systems and serve as quality document controller
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Nutrition / Dietetics or equivalent
- 2-3 years of working experience in food manufacturing, those who have prior experience in GMP, HACCP and HALAL certifications will have a good advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply
- Flexible, positive attitude and adaptable to changes
- Able to work independently and a responsible leader/team player
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin - Lowest Qualification :
