Description :: -To analyze BOM (Bill of Material) and to list out the outsourcing fabrication part by reviewing on the technical dimension on the given drawing, work out the required
Manufacturing process to meet the Design & Quality specification
-To set Guidelines on the First-Article Report for the outsourcing part to meet Production requirement
-To develop optimal, cost-effective manufacturing process to meet the target-price set with External Supplier
-To review the external manufacturing process if there is a quality issue with External supplier when products/parts are in Mass Production
Requirements :: -Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or any related field of study
-Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Machining Workshop, CNC, Milling, Grinding & Turning Operation
-Good Knowledge in reading and analyzing mechanical drawing using CAD/CAM, 3D modelling Solid-edge
-Sound knowledge in design of Machining, Casting, Sheet Metal and plastic part is a bonus
-Work experience in Mechanical design or CNC Programming will be an added advantage
-Must be willing to travel frequently within Malaysia, to Singapore and China
-Must be able to read and speak in two languages - English and Mandarin
-Holding a class 3 driving license is necessary
-Possess strong leadership, interpersonal communication skills and willing to learn in a challenging manufacturing environment
-Innovative, result oriented and able to work under pressure
