Description :: • Manage first article inspection (FAI), and closely monitor parts quality at initial lot released for mass production
• Assure acceptance and methodologies are fully documented and appropriate such that product inspection / validation / testing is properly performed, including develop,
maintain and revise validation / test requirements
• Participate in supplier evaluation and selection, systems audits and improvement activities
• Manage all supplier quality and validation related tasks
• Source inspecting of parts at suppliers
• Actively participating in meetings with suppliers and internal personnel for technical, changes, quality, etc
• Supplier Correction Action Request (SCAR) management
• To chart, monitor and report monthly suppliers performance
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related technical field, machining, fabrication, assembly and semiconductor manufacturing is desirable
• Should be knowledgeable of reliability, maintainability, and quality standard
• Preferably trained and have good knowledge in Quality control tools, Measurement instrument (familiar with CMM operation and program, Profile Projector, Scope,
Micrometer and etc), corrective action, 8D, Failure Reports, ISO 9001 and ISO14001
• Strong project management skills and ability to work well independently or as a part of a team
• Verbal and written communication and personal interface skills required
• Effectively bilingual.
• Able to travel to supplier plant frequently
