Description :: -Monitoring and ensuring smooth supplying of material to related operation that according to the customer's requirements
-Ensuring the overall purchasing plan aligns with the material supply and operation capacity outlook
-Controlling the inventory of material to the point of consumption
-Liaise with the vendors for delivery and quality requirements
-Liaise with other global sites
-Working closely with production, material and inventory control to meet the customer requirements and maximum efficiency
-Actively driving in the negotiation with suppliers or contractors
-Developing and analyzing necessary information / data on pricing, supply conditions and future trends for budgetary quotes and alignment of the purchasing
strategy / plan
-Continuous driving of cost improvement for overall business units
-Driving for overall cost reduction
-Performing material sourcing local and global
Requirements :: -Degree in Business Adminstration, Economics, Purchasing Management, Engineering or other related field
-Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity in manufacturing environment is preferred
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Possess strong interpersonal communication, negotiation and logistic management skills, result oriented and able to work under pressure
-Highly committed and able to work with tight deadline
-Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
-Analytical and dynamic coordinator that able to cope with the dynamic change of customers' requirements
