Description :: - To source for components/equipments/services.
- To negotiate with suppliers for right price, right payment term and delivery term.
- To prepare PO and send approved PO to suppliers.
- To follow up with suppliers on components/equipment/services delivery and shipping document.
- To coordinate the delivery of components/equipment/services between Dunham-Bush and suppliers in order to ensure customer requirement are met.
- To expedite the components/equipment/services in order to fulfill production schedule.
- To check and follow up with suppliers on any discrepancy on PO vs. shipping document.
- To liaise with Import Shipment & Customs Liaison on cargo ETA DBI date.
- To prepare the application form for prepayment and LC.
- To check and follow up with suppliers on any discrepancy on PO vs. shipping document.
- To coordinate between Account Department and suppliers on payment issue, if needed.
- To allocate fund to supplier based on invoice due date
- To coordinate between Dunham-Bush and supplier on COO requirement and any commercial related matter.
- To include COO requirement in PO issue to supplier, if require
- To resolve and investigate on the unfavorable purchase part variance (PPV).
- To participate in the cost reduction projects and price negotiation activities.
- To support, update and maintain the information in ERP system.
- To update the report such as SOTD, PPV, cost saving, standard cost set up, COO and etc.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
