Description :: - To demonstrate commitment, dedication, responsibility and accountability to current job functions.
- To effectively manage relationship with the customers, extend value added services and ensure customer satisfaction at all times (customer focused).
- To support direct supervisor or HOD in daily activities and daily operation.
- To ensure all services schedules and logistics support are properly coordinated and completed within allocate d time frame without the needs for unnecessary
overtime.
- To reduce overtime by 50% or less than 40 hours per month. Unscheduled overtime should not extend beyond 10.00pm.
- To ensure that all equipment is properly maintained in order to reduce the number of repeat service callouts.
- To discuss, follow-up and seek immediate supervisor’s attention whenever there is discrepancy, site related issues or the service schedule could not be completed
on time.
- To submit all FSR’s to immediate supervisor for review upon completion of service orders.
- To accomplish departmental goals and company goals through dedication and team work.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent
