- • Read specifications and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies
• Conduct sampling for physical, chemical, microbiological and organoleptic tests as per Quality Plan and as when required
• Report inspection and test data and maintain records
• Approve or reject incoming materials with respect to quality standards
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• Accept or reject finished products, remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• Report any deviations or non-conformances promptly to superior/executive for immediate action
• Ensure all GMP, hygiene and 5S practices are enforced and implemented - Requirements :
- • Min SPM, Diploma with relevant working experience in related field
• Preferable familiar with GMP and HACCP, industry certification is a plus
• Computer literate and basic analytical skills
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
• Responsible and trustworthy - Lowest Qualification :
- SPM / O Level
