Description :: '-Distribute PPN documents to relevant departments once received PPN from marketing
- Issue machine bom lists & assembly checklist while received any machine PPN
- Prepare the PPN meeting by weekly
- Packing List (to check & confirm & send)
- Calculate & Answer delivery request by Marketing
- Prepare report (Machine Assembly Progress Status)
- Issue Purchase Requisition to Purchasing Dept.
- Follow up production work progress and report to Manager if any
- Check & order if any items stock level low
- Update PPN master (PPN process status)
- Update photo and video for each PPN
- Practice and implement in accordance to the requirements of ISO standard
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :: '-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related
- able to work independently without any supervision
- strong communication skills and good interpersonal
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
