Description :: Source for the material costing and data from the supplier.
Responsible for the construction material management
Responsible for the quality and quantity of the construction material.
Responsible for the stock control and inventory management. Monthly closing for the inventory stock level.
Responsible sourcing of the construction material
Responsible for the waste material management
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
At least 3 years site construction materials management experience and material inspection experience.
Conversant with several sorts of knowledge and project building materials required material dispensing process.
Be familiar with Malaysia building materials procurement system , market price information, and all sorts of quality acceptance criteria on common construction materials.
