• Leads the Operations team to ensure compliance with all Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and other standards.
• Is a model for teamwork, drives completion of tasks to ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery and Costs metrics are achieved.
• Create an environment and organization of highly skilled and cross-trained employees.
• Makes every reasonable effort to select, train and develop qualified, diverse workforce.
Safety & Quality:
• Oversees the safety, quality, delivery, costs and employee engagement activities of the operations organization.
• Leads the Quality compliance efforts for the plant.
• Maintain and develop all required production and process control documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in the Quality metrics.
• Drive the identification and resolution for all production and distribution issues.
• Ensure 100% CAPA closure and manage activities related to Production and Process Control Audits.
Delivery:
• Structure the organization and processes to handle long term trends in customer behaviour.
• Oversee production activities to drive adherence to standard plans. Resolve abnormalities in a timely manner when it occurs.
• Monitor production plans, material reviews, and planned shipments to ensure adherence to customer expectations.
Cost:
• Responsible for all operational costs, accuracies, and improvements.
• Provide input to material cost improvement opportunities.
Employee Engagement
• Establishes and communicates performance standards and objectives.
• Conducts performance appraisals.
• Monitors operations and staff and recommends when necessary, changes in methods, procedures or structure. - Requirements :
- • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with emphasis in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.
• 5 years experience with increasing responsibility in a regulated environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions in difficult or ambiguous situations.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and development skills.
• Change management/facilitation skills. - Lowest Qualification :
