Description :: 1) To ensure all employees are according to planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; and disciplining employees; and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
2) Maintains training plan and schedule to all employees. Or on the job training.
3) Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and studying methods; cooperation within and between departments.
4) Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; complying work results; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
5) Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
6) Provides manufacturing information by sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
7) Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
8) Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
9) Assist production Executive or production manager for further requested.
Requirements :: 1) Education SPM or working experience at least 2 years in related field.
2) IQ test must be above 50%
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
