Description :: To assist Senior Project Manger/ Project Manager to prepare pre project budget report.
To update Project Component Master List, inclusive metal, glass and acrylic to indicate the materials requirement on existing repeating projects
Monitor Production progress or milestone to ensure meet the customer delivery time line
Coordinate with shipping coordinator to ensure that the shipment arrangement is in order.
Handling internal & external customer on project related inquiries
Provide container volume/sale value by weekly to Finance department.
Take minutes of Kick off Meeting. To be controller to f/up after kick off meeting
Requirements :: b specifications
At least Diploma in Project Management, Merchanical, Production Operations, Manufacturing or related fields.
Team player, possess analytical mind and meticulous nature.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience with good exposure of large scale project management.
Competent and accurate in handling project.
Experience in renovation or furniture industry is added advantage.
Good attitutes and willing to learn will be groom to handling project and career development.
Have great sense of urgency and able to handle multi tasks under pressure.
