Plan & update weekly sailing schedule
Pre­shipment documents preparation
Preparation of documents for Custom clearance purpose
Liase with production PIC for the dateline of container arrangement
Knowledge to apply Certificate of Origin (CO) with MICCI
Forms submission to goverment department such as Form A,Form D,Form E,MJEPA,AKFTA etc.
Follow up with the E­mail,feedback in p 
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation or
equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
