Description :: To assist the QA Manager in ensuring proper establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of company
quality management system.
As ISO 9001 AMR to ensure that all processes are estblished, implemented and maintained.
As Document Controller to ensure the establishment, implementation and effectiveness of document control system.
To plan, coordinate and conduct internal audit and management review meeting to ensure the effectiveness of the company quality
management system.
To ensure the promotion of awareness of quality policy and objectives throughout the company.
To liaise with external parties on matters relating to the quality management system.
To ensure the interbal audit team are well trained and conduct internal audit according to the procedure.
To guide Head of Department (HOD) in writting the standard operating procedures and working instructions according to ISO 9001
standard and company's requirements.
To coordinate with related departments to ensure the Corrective Action Request (CAR) related to customer complaint is replied by the
agreed due date.
To verify the effectiveness of corrective action implementation related to the customer complain.
Any other duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): ISO 9001 Internal Audit Skill, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Positive mindset, Analytical mind, Able
to work independently
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
