Description :: Proper record and update for daily attendance, leave application and medical for all employees and prepare monthly payroll.
Administration work including filing and labelling.
Liaise with agent follow up on working permit renewal, permit status/update and exit formalities for all foreign workers.
Develop and maintain relationship, counselling, discipline, and solve foreign workers' matters that may arise.
Monitor the cleanliness and handle hostel's maintenance problems.
Able to standby (oncall) after office hour and weekend due to unforeseen circumstances.
To perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Requirements :: Priority will be given to candidates with able to start work immediately.
Knowledge and experience in handling foreign worker's working permit would be an added advantage.
Possess at least SPM, Diploma In Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.
Selfmotivated is important.
Language(s): Mandarin or Chinese dialects (preferable), English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and able to multitasks.
FullTime position only.
Computer literate especially MS Excel and MS Word.
Must possess own transport car
