- - To responsible and accountable for the effective operation of QC section, including receiving inspection and customer returned verification.
- To follow up the inspection status daily and update report.
- To follow up closely on the corrective actions committed by the production through process and product audits, and/or IQC inspection.
- To work closely with subcontractors on any new projects, provide all necessary assistances to the subcontractors to ensure her capabilities in supplying products that met with our purchasing requirements.
- To plan, schedule and implement necessary training and education programs for the subordinates to ensure their competence for the job functions assigned.
- To implement and maintain 5S practices.
- As a communication bridge between the management and fellow subordinate.
- To follow any ad-hoc assignment given by immediate superior.
- Requirements :
- - Min SPM qualification
- Min 5 years relevant working experience.
